How Everyday AI Practice researches, writes, reviews, and maintains its educational content.

Purpose and scope
Everyday AI Practice is an independent educational publication. Our purpose is to help a general professional audience understand and use generative AI carefully. We are not a news outlet, a product review site, or a vendor resource, and we do not present our content as official documentation for any tool.
Editorial independence
Our editorial decisions are made independently. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI vendor or technology company. We do not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage, and we do not allow advertisers or sponsors to influence what we publish. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labeled.
Accuracy and sourcing
We aim for accuracy and try to be explicit about uncertainty. In practice this means:
- We explain concepts in general terms and avoid presenting unverifiable claims as established fact.
- We do not invent statistics, studies, quotes, testimonials, user counts, or case studies.
- When a claim depends on a specific product's behavior, we describe it cautiously and encourage readers to confirm details in that product's current documentation.
- We distinguish clearly between general guidance and professional advice.
Use of AI in our own work
We may use AI tools to assist with drafting, outlining, or language editing. AI output is always reviewed by a human editor before publication, and final responsibility for accuracy and quality rests with a person. We do not publish machine-generated claims that we have not checked, and we do not use AI to manufacture evidence, quotes, or sources.
Updates and last-updated dates
We show a "last updated" date only when a page has actually been reviewed or revised. We do not change dates to imply freshness. Substantive corrections are handled under our corrections policy.
Authorship
Articles are attributed to the publication rather than to individuals, because we do not publish fabricated author biographies or invented credentials. If we ever publish bylined content from named contributors, we will describe their relevant background truthfully.
Advertising and sponsorship
The publication is not currently supported by advertising or sponsorship. If that changes, advertisements will be clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and sponsorship will be disclosed on the affected pages.
Feedback and corrections
We welcome corrections and suggestions. To report an error, see our corrections policy or use the details on our contact page.
